Lead Creator Manager (all genders)

Join Zalandos Creator Management team as a Lead Creator Management and help shape how we plan activate and scale our creator community. Were changing influencer marketing by building a high-performing network of creators who drive engagement and brand affinity.

As a Lead Creator Management you will lead a team of up to 10 Creator Managers who deliver engaging content across our platforms. Moving beyond day-to-day administration your focus will be on driving operational improvements understanding rapidly changing social trends and leveraging data to dictate how content performs. You will also oversee how creators are selected and onboarded and ensure robust data reporting on creator performance. We will create and share style inspiration thats relevant and interesting to all our diverse Zalando customer base across all our Zalando platforms to keep them coming back again and again. Youll be a social-first native deeply understanding what connects on channels like Instagram and TikTok to ensure our output is always high-impact.

• Lead Mentor & Empower Your Team:
  Be your teams biggest fan. Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 Creator Managers taking ownership of their professional development 1:1s and performance reviews. Set clear goals aligned with Content & Marketing objectives empowering your team with the freedom to execute while providing strategic coaching.
  

• Project Management:
  Youll be responsible for overseeing and enabling additional projects within the team such as local market activations and proposition marketing teams like beauty sports and kids. Youll manage and balance the capacity within the team as well as be responsible for maintaining the overall project pipeline.
  

• Manage a Multi-Tiered Creator Ecosystem:
  Direct the relationship strategy across a diverse portfolio of creators. You will guide your team in applying the right management models based on scale and discipline ranging from light-touch testing and validation with emerging creators to high-touch bespoke management for macro-creators driving strategic brand-building.
  

• Define Core Processes & Frameworks:
  Youll be responsible for working with the broader team to define and improve our core creator management processes and the performance management framework for creators.
  

• Drive Operational Improvements & Innovation:
  Spearhead the evolution of our creator programs by identifying opportunities for operational excellence. Experiment with new tooling collaborate closely with product and tech teams and optimize our ways of working to scale the program efficiently.

• Champion the Creator Experience:
  Act as the ultimate point of escalation for creators and Creator Managers. Gather feedback (e.g. via the design and execution of creator surveys and interviews) to inform new strategic creator management initiatives.
  

• Drive Content Strategy & Trend Forecasting:
  Act as the pulse of social media within the team. Translate platform trends and consumer behavior into actionable content strategies. Ensure the content our creators produce is culturally relevant native to the platform and highly engaging. You will collaborate closely with external agencies Paid Media and Social Media teams to inform a universal brief across all creator touchpoints.
  

• Analyse Performance & Champion Engagement Testing:
  Leverage insights from multiple data sources for performance reporting against strategic goals. You will heavily champion engagement testing running experiments to validate what content resonates best across different creator tiers and turn campaign post-mortems into repeatable process changes.

• You bring 7 years of relevant work experience within fashion lifestyle or influencer marketing coupled with proven people leadership experience in a high-growth environment.

• You have experience directly managing and developing a team including hiring performance reviews and mentoring.

• You have a deep understanding of the creator economy and possess an analytical eye for great content; you know how to build strategies across varying creator tiers.

• You have a deep understanding of social platforms and experience working with product teams to develop front-end and back-end tools for creators.

• You have experience developing comprehensive creator strategies ongoing education and incentive models as well as working directly with brands.

• You excel at driving operational improvements are comfortable experimenting with creator tools and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• You have exceptional organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail to ensure projects are completed on time and in full.

• You are an articulate communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across teams (fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus).

• You possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn and develop new skills in the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.

• You have a strong interest in fashion sport and/or beauty.
