Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export customs clearance activities in cooperation with customs brokers

• Arrange transportation from customs ports to warehouses/sites in Germany through logistics service providers (LSPs)

• Coordinate daily customs clearance and transportation activities to ensure timely processing according to customer requirements and requested arrival dates

• Support customs inspections in cooperation with internal experts and external customs brokers

• Monitor and manage supplier service performance to ensure agreed service levels are maintained

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and support the identification of solutions based on customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain-related field of study preferred with project experience

• Experience in logistics corresponding know-how in freight forwarding or international trade preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Driver license preferred

Language skills:

• Fluent German and English skills (C1 - C2 level mandatory)
