Als Junior Sales Enablement Specialist bist du Teil unseres deutschen Sales Enablement Teams und sorgst dafür dass unsere Vertriebsprozesse reibungslos funktionieren. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Sales Consultants sowie Teams aus Finance Order Management und Customer Success zusammen und unterstützt sie im Tagesgeschäft mit CRM- Reporting- und Vertragsprozessen. 

Diese Position eignet sich besonders für Kandidat:innen mit erster Berufserfahrung im Sales Support oder Sales Operations die sich in einem internationalen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchten. 

Deine Aufgaben 

  • Du unterstützt unsere Sales Consultants im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bist erste Ansprechperson für CRM-bezogene Themen. 

  • Du koordinierst Vertragsverlängerungen insbesondere die Eingabe in das CRM System und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Verträgen sowie Freigabeprozessen. 

  • Du pflegst Opportunities Accounts und weitere vertriebsrelevante Daten in Microsoft Dynamics und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher. 

  • Du unterstützt das Pipeline-Management sowie Forecast- und Reporting-Prozesse. 

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Finance Order Management Billing sowie auch Customer Success zusammen um einen reibungslosen Sales Cycle sicherzustellen. 

  • Du hilfst dabei neue CRM-Funktionen und globale Standards in den deutschen Vertriebsteams einzuführen. 

  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen und unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Vertriebsprozesse. 

Das bringst du mit 

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales Support Sales Operations Vertriebsinnendienst oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. 

  • Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics oder Salesforce . 

  • Erste Erfahrung mit Reporting oder Datenanalysen (z. B. Power BI oder vergleichbare Tools). 

  • Interesse an Vertriebsprozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Daten und Zusammenhänge. 

  • Eine strukturierte sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. 

  • Freude daran mit unterschiedlichen internen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten und Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben. 

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
