Junior Risk Manager (all genders) 6 months contract

THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Junior Risk Manager of our GR team you will support the identification and evaluation of risks and opportunities as part of our six-monthly risk assessments and will also support the ongoing development of our risk management and business continuity management.

• Youll work with various stakeholders to understand business context and risk relevant information and contribute to developing the risk report.

• Youll support the implementation of a solution and measure it against success criteria (e.g. customer feedback).

• You plan prepare and support the risk workshops for the entire Zalando Group.

• You support in maintaining the risk catalog and the documentation of controls and countermeasures.

• You support in maintaining and conducting risk analysis.

• You support in preparation of risk reports for the Zalando top management.

• You support in improving the risk management system (RMS).

• You support in optimizing the Business Continuity Management (BCM).

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You completed studies in Business Administration Economics or a similar field.

• You already gained at least first professional experience in similar role preferably working in an international environment.

• You have a broad understanding of business processes i.e. logistics marketing procurement IT development) as well as knowledge of practice-relevant standards such as IDW PS 981 ISO 31000 IDW PS 982 and ISO 22301.

• You have a proficient level of written and verbal skills in both German and English.

• You consistently demonstrate a customer centric approach and start to flag continuous improvements initiatives within your area.

• You take an active interest in market trends.
