Asour newJunior Project Manager you will support the development implementation and maintenance ofdifferent global projects such as setting upmanagement systems reporting packages and improvement initiatives across global customer accounts withinour growing divisionContract entails workingwithglobal colleagues fromdifferent culturesdata coordinatingprojects and collaboratingacrossvariousfunctions to help drive consistency transparency and efficiency in GCM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Specifically you will:
- Carry outreportingand performanceanalysis collecting andconsolidatingdata preparingregular performance reports supportingtheidentification of performance gaps and improvement opportunities and ensuringaccuracy and consistency of reporting templates.
- HandleprojectcoordinationandPMOsupportassistinplanning coordinating andmonitoringsmall projects or workstreamsmaintainingproject documentation timelines and task trackersandpreparingpresentationsfollowing up with stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines.
- Supportmanagementsystemsandstandardization helping tocreate andmaintainstandard packages and documentation. You will alsoassistin documenting definitions processes and best practicesand support development of frameworks to improve transparency across GCM accounts.
- Be part of improvementand innovationactivitiesgathering best practices and cross-account insights supportingpilot projectstrackingopportunities for broader rollout and coordinatingworkshops ideation sessions and internal knowledge-sharing events.
- Support integration activities for global customers collaboratingwith internal departments such as Performance ManagementFinanceIT Business Architecture & Integrations and actingas a reliable point of contact for assigned operational orstrategicproject topics.
Experience inlogistics supply chain operations consulting or project support
We are looking for a new colleague withstrong communicationskills andtheability to collaborate in a multicultural environment. You have a proactive hands-on mindset takingownership oftasksand being able to handlemultiple stakeholderswhileprioritizingand meetingdeadlines. At the same time you are curious eager to learnand good at findingout of the boxsolutions.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related field (amastersis an advantage but nota prerequisite).
- Havea few years ofexperience inlogistics supply chain operations consulting or project support (internships included).
- Havestrong analytical skills making youcomfortable working with data sets and you may have experience with data analysis reporting or process documentation though this is onlya plus.
- Possess basic project management skills (knowledge of PM methods/tools is an advantage).
- Understandlogisticsor 3PL concepts or you are willing tolearn quickly.
- Fluent in English.
