Junior Product Quality & Testing Specialist– all genders welcome!

Conduct functional and quality analyses across our product range (clothing bags golf balls clubs and more)

Own the quality assurance process: set up and maintain testing systems/processes and coordinate closely with suppliers Customer Care and the Product team

Use launch monitor technology (Foresight/TrackMan) to collect process and analyze performance data on golf balls and clubs

Prepare and conduct scientific and performance studies on our equipment

Carry out market analysis of competing products to benchmark quality and performance

Support product development by reviewing and contributing to tech packs and specifications and help drive product optimizations in function and design

Investigate quality issues and customer feedback together with Customer Care and suppliers translating findings into concrete product improvements

A completed degree or vocational training with a scientific technical or product-related background

Initial professional experience in product testing and quality control

Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams (Product Customer Care suppliers)

Very strong written and spoken English; German is a plus

Willingness to work on-site at our Munich location

Golf knowledge passion or experience in the golf industry required; being an active golfer is a big plus
