(Junior) Organic Content Producer (mfx)

• You own the end-to-end production of content from planning and on-set execution - including camera operation audio setup and lighting - to post-production editing ensuring high-quality visual storytelling
• You ensure all assets align perfectly with our design guidelines and CI collaborating closely with our Design team to translate brand identity into compelling visuals
• You independently create supplementary visual assets in Figma and bring them to life by animating them in After Effects
• You take full responsibility for your production tasks driving them from initial asset delivery to final polish

Qualifications :

• You have experience in video and content creation with strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Figma
• You have an eye for design and a strong ability to adhere to and live by our established design guidelines
• You are comfortable editing video content including podcasts and social-first formats with an emphasis on visual quality and craft
• You have practical experience with camera operation audio equipment setup and professional lighting techniques
• You have a hands-on mentality are ambitious and are eager to deliver high-quality work
• You have excellent German skills (native preferred) and very good English skills in spoken and written form
• You are tech-savvy and have an interest in the digital finance industry
• Bonus: Existing knowledge in podcast production or social-first formats and experience with AI tools or have a strong affinity for exploring new technologies
