Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey you will become part of our companys transformation. You will rotate through various commercial and technical departmentsin Germany and worldwideand support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad. What you will learn and develop with us:

• You will actively shape the future of Bosch by influencing existing processes and developing innovative solutions to complex problems during up to 6 individual rotations.

• You will work with interdisciplinary teams at home and abroad and develop purposefully into a modern leader alongside your personal executive-level mentor.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding Masters degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA PhD or initial work experience.

Your language proficiency:
You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. Additionally you have already gained at least three months of international experience.
