Junior Manager Transport (All Genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Junior Transport Manager youll oversee linehaul transports connecting our warehouses and injection hubs across Europe. Your main focus will be on customer shipments and returns.

Youll work closely with various teams to plan execute develop and implement transportation operations always keeping our business and economic goals in mind.

WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Youll organize transportation operations for both domestic or international Linehauls
• Youll plan and dispatch and tours then track them in our transportation management system
• Youll work on expansion and further development of existing setups and the transport network
• You will act as an interface between the logistics centers and forwarding agencies
• With creative ideas you will solve the problems in the daily business

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have completed vocational training as a forwarding agent or a comparable degree
• You possess several years of experience in the areas of transport organization and dispatching
• You have basic knowledge of Excel
• You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken (MUST have)
• You are confident and convincing even in stressful situations and you have a good sense of empathy
• You also bring a coherent solution-oriented approach the ability to work independently and a strong team spirit.
