Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Remote-IT-Support-Teams hilfst du Nutzer:innen dabei technische Probleme zu lösen und lernst die Grundlagen professioneller IT-Dienstleistungen kennen. Du wirst von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen unterstützt und erhältst die Werkzeuge um erfolgreich zu sein.

• Unterstützung bei der Nachstellung und Fehlerbehebung von Nutzerproblemen um praktische Lösungen zu finden

• Weiterleitung komplexer Probleme an erfahrene Teammitglieder wenn nötig

• Befolgung etablierter IT-Richtlinien und -Verfahren

• Einbringen von Ideen zur Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung und Team-Effizienz

• Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Schulungen für Nutzer:innen zu gängigen Tools und Systemen

• Mit zunehmender Erfahrung andere anleiten und unterstützen

• Vertraut bleiben mit unseren Tools Systemen und Support-Prozessen

• Mithilfe bei weiteren Aufgaben nach Bedarf

Wen wir suchen

• Wir erwarten nicht dass du schon alles weißt wir helfen dir beim Lernen. Wenn dich Technologie begeistert und du Freude daran hast Probleme zu lösen passt du perfekt zu uns.

• Autodidaktisches Interesse oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium Diplom oder Kurs in Informatik/IT

• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern und gängiger Software (z. B. Windows Microsoft Office E-Mail)

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine hilfsbereite Einstellung

• Lernbereitschaft im Bereich Netzwerke Server und IT-Systeme wir bringen es dir bei

What Youll Do

As part of our remote IT support team youll help users solve technical issues and learn the ropes of professional IT service. Youll be supported by experienced colleagues and given the tools to succeed.

• Help recreate and troubleshoot user problems to find practical solutions

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed

• Follow established IT policies and procedures

• Suggest ideas to improve user experience and team efficiency

• Assist with basic training for users on common tools and systems

• Learn and grow into guiding others as you gain experience

• Stay familiar with our tools systems and support processes

• Pitch in with other tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

• Were not expecting you to know everything were here to help you learn. If youre excited by technology and enjoy solving problems youll fit right in.

• Self-taught with strong interest or recently completed a degree diploma or course in IT in computer science

• Basic familiarity with computers and common software (e.g. Windows Microsoft Office email)

• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude

• Eagerness to learn about networks servers and IT systems well teach you
