Job Summary
- Check and post incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts (upload to the invoice approval tool and book in DATEV and SAP)
- Clear debtor and vendor accounts
- Upload and reconcile data from external payment providers
- Review travel expenses in our expense tool and manage asset accounting
- Support senior colleagues in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assist with all closing processes
- Help with administrative tasks such as VAT filings statistical filings and business registrations
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience in accounting
- Bring solid knowledge of German GAAP and VAT and are comfortable applying it day-to-day; knowledge of IFRS is a plus
- Communicate confidently in both German and English written and verbally
- Work well in a team and genuinely want to #enableeachothertosucceed
- Handle data with care strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach come naturally to you
- Navigate MS Excel with ease
- Look for ways to improve processes and embrace AI tools to work smarter
- Bring SAP & DATEV experience into the role (strong plus)
