Junior Demand & Supply Planning Manager (mwd)

In this role you support the end-to-end S&OP process for defined brands and regions. You help analyze sales figures spot trends early and ensure our products are in the right place at the right time - globally.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• Support the development of robust forecasts for your brands working with Sales Marketing and Supply Chain to build an aligned realistic demand and inventory plan
• Act as a key point of contact in our global inventory management from demand planning through distribution to country teams
• Help identify the root causes behind trends bottlenecks and overstocks and contribute to the right corrective actions
• Help build processes that dont just look good on paper but actually work in day-to-day operations across the full product lifecycle
• Support allocation decisions during supply shortages assist with clear communication to country teams and help maximize impact with limited resources
• Support the operational execution of stock allocations and reservations in order management - precisely and efficiently

• A completed degree with a business focus (preferably Marketing or Supply Chain Management) or a completed vocational training plus first experience in inventory planning supply chain planning demand planning or S&OP/IBP
• Analytical and commercial thinking paired with a strong drive for quality results - looking beyond your own area of responsibility comes naturally to you
• A hands-on mentality strong sense of ownership and creativity
• A team player with strong communication and persuasion skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Solid command of MS Office especially Excel (VBA skills a plus)
• Familiarity with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English German is a plus
