Junior Datacom Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) Graduate Program

Job Location:

Düsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities:

This position acts as the customer interface for the Datacom product portfolio within our Network Assurance & O&M team taking over following responsibilities:

• Provide technical support service to our customers or partners independently or jointly with the technical support team resolve product issues on customer networks to ensure customer network stable and safety

• Provide product maintenance support services for customers such as product upgrade service deployment and rollout and cutover and migration particularly for our datacom and storage portfolio

• Perform proactive management on the customers network such as health check rectification and implementation and develop solutions for identified network risks.

• Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product technology and service solution

• Occasionally take on-call shift support

Requirements:

• Recent graduate student with Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering ICT or similar field of studies

• Familiar with the TCP/IP networking protocol and principles

• Familiar with networking technologies and products such as routers switches and firewalls or knowledge of cloud computing virtualization and related technologies

• Motivated to work in an intercultural team take ownership and grow into a role with increasing responsibility

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and German (C1-C2 level) mandatory
