Junior Card Operations Analyst

Your Role

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues declines CPD and other tickets under Card post.
• Process Chargeback tickets if required.
• Help achieve the teams OKR
• Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
• Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Data Management Statistics Math Economics or related field preferred.
• First experience in relevant Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes.
• Working knowledge of the Schemes Disputes Resolution process is a plus.
• SQL familiarity preferred
• Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
