RoleOverview

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious (Junior) AI Developer (m/f/d) to support thedesign development and deployment of AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Azure AIServices Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).The ideal candidate combines software developmentfoundations with a strong interest in artificial intelligence automation andcloud technologies. This role focuses on building intelligent applications AIagents copilots document processing solutions and workflow automations thatimprove productivity and support digital transformation initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities

AI Solution Design &Development

• Support the design development testing and deployment of AI-enabled business applications andautomation solutions.
• Build conversational AI agentsand copilots using Microsoft CopilotStudio Power Platform and Azure-basedAI services.
• Contribute to solutions using Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Foundry and other relevant AIcapabilities.
• Create reusable componentsprompts templates and accelerators to support scalable AI solution delivery.
• Implement AI use cases such asdocument understanding knowledge search content generation processassistance and natural language interfaces.
• Apply basic concepts of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
• Integrate AI-enabled solutions with systems such as SAP Microsoft365 SharePoint Dynamics 365 APIs and third-party platforms.
• Work with structured andunstructured data sources including documents tables logs and knowledgerepositories.
• Apply secure handling ofbusiness data credentials and system access.
• Validate AI outputs for relevance accuracy consistency and business suitability.
• Document technical designsassumptions risks limitations and operational handover details.

Power Platform & Automation

• Develop low-code and automation solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Cloud Flows Dataverse and selected Power Platformcomponents.
• Embed AI capabilities intoworkflow automation and business applications.
• Support integration betweenPower Platform solutions and Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint TeamsOutlook and Excel.
• Follow Power Platformdevelopment standards environment strategy and governance guidelines.

Collaboration & ContinuousLearning

• Work closely with consultantsarchitects business stakeholders and senior developers to translaterequirements into working solutions.
• Contribute toproof-of-concepts demos internal enablement activities and innovationinitiatives.
• Maintain an active learningmindset around AI agents copilots LLMs automation and cloud-nativedevelopment.
• Share lessons learned andcontribute to reusable knowledge assets within the AI and Automation practice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer science Software EngineeringData Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalentpractical experience.
• 02 years of experience insoftware development automation data AI-related projects or cloud-basedapplication development.
• Foundational understanding of Generative AI LLMs APIs data handling and application development concepts.
• Initial hands-on experiencewith at least one Microsoft technology area such as Power Platform AzureMicrosoft 365 or Dataverse.
• Basic programming skills in Python JavaScript C# or acomparable language.
• Understanding of REST APIsJSON authentication concepts and system integration analytical thinking problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn enterprise-grade developmentpractices.
• Ability to communicatetechnical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
