Job Summary
42 Wolfsburg is a disruptive higher education NGO training 400 students to become cutting-edge software engineers in a practice-based gamified peer-learning environment.
Our model is based on the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was founded in 2013 in Paris and now trains more than 18.000 students in 50 schools across the globe.

As Junior Pedagogy Manager you will support the entire student journey including their application/selection process and throughout the curriculum.
Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee all aspects of the Piscines (application process for students) and support the kick-off for the next cohorts
- Address students everyday problems including questions about projects exams time management and motivation
- Collaborate closely with the tech team for monitoring student progress
- Support the Pedagogy Lead with the development of research topics data analysis or new learning projects
- Maintain internal tools and our knowledge base
Whilst work hours can be flexible onsite presence is essential for this role - we would like you to work on campus full time.

Must-have:
- Right to live and work in Germany
- 42 Common Core completed or similar background in software engineering
- Dedication to student success and the 42 model
- Fluent in both written and verbal English

Nice-to-have:
- Proficiency in C C Shell scripting Python or data analysis
- Experience with the 42 API
- Work experience at a 42 Campus or in a different education institute
- German or other language skills

The contract will be initially limited to 1 year with the aim to extend the contract period.
