You will be at the very heart of the HOLY Temple experience - creating the warm welcome that guests and new hires remember while making sure every day runs effortlessly behind the scenes. From keeping the snacks flowing and deliveries on track to celebrating birthdays and preparing brilliant first-day desks youll shape the energy of our workplace every single day.

This is a hands-on role for someone with warmth sharp instincts and a natural drive to stay one step ahead - with plenty of room to make your mark and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk & Workplace Experience:Own the entrance experience welcoming guests managing relations and curating goodie bags postcards and freebies. Create a strong first impression for guests and new hires.
• Temple Operations & Facilities:Ensure our on-site storage remains clean and orderly ordering food for workplace events snacks and office supplies stocked. Coordinate HBC cleaning and day-to-day facilities upkeep.
• Mail Hardware & New Hire Setup:Manage mail and deliveries track hardware and prepare Day 1 desks with HOLY Welcome packages and equipment in partnership with the People team.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination:Manage relationships with Rewe JUIT CoffeeCircle HBC Backfabrik Topi/Grover and similar suppliers.
• People Milestones & Culture Building:Own team milestones and help build a warm connected HOLY culture. Growth path into Temple 2.2 logistics and a broader Office Manager remit.

• Proactive and forward-thinking:Thinks two steps ahead catching stock-outs deliveries and issues before they become guest or team problems. The make-or-break trait for this role.
• Warm extroverted presence:A natural brand ambassador who sets a welcoming tone for everyone who walks through the door since this person is often the first impression of HOLY.
• Diligent and organized:Follows through on recurring tasks like stocking hardware and mail without things slipping and manages priorities independently.
• Bilingual communicator:Fluent in German and English comfortable communicating clearly both in person and in writing.
• Service and community minded:Puts guest and employee experience first in every interaction and actively helps build a connected welcoming HOLY culture.
• Strong operator and project management:Office life is a wild fast moving space full of competing priorities and guests walking in at any moment. Juggling vendors deliveries and events and knowing how to prioritize when things pile up is critical to succeeding in this role.
• Experience with office management or front desk operation is a strong plus.

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30 minute screening interview with Amie our Jr. Talent Acquisition Manager discussing HOLY and the position and seeing if our expectations match.
2. Hiring Manager interview with Alan: Our People Experience Lead will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
3. Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews you will receive a case a second meeting at our office the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace the HOLY Temple.
4. Reference calls: At this stage wed like to connect with 12 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
5. Interview with Fredi: As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Fredi one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
