About the Position
Influencer marketing is at the heart of our strategy. We launched in Poland over a year ago and are now rapidly growing our Polish Partnerships team. This role gives you the chance to shape our influencer strategy from the ground up working with creators across gaming sports and lifestyleon Instagram TikTok Twitch YouTube and Kick. Were looking for authentic creators with engaged communities who will genuinely love our product.
In this role youll build the Polish talent network and manage the full partnership lifecyclefrom first contact and contract negotiation to ongoing relationship management. Youll set expectations provide actionable performance feedback and cultivate meaningful collaborations that drive growth in Poland.

Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day execution of our performance-driven Influencer Marketing channel in Poland:
Youll work closely with the Influencer Marketing team across the full campaign lifecycle from product seeding creator briefings and translations to content feedback approvals and ensuring every activation reflects the HOLY brand and spirit. - Help manage our growing network of creators and agencies:
Operational support is key: coordinating ongoing collaborations managing incoming agency opportunities and keeping campaigns deliverables and deadlines on track. - Build and manage your own portfolio of creator partnerships:
Gradual end-to-end ownership of deals will be part of the role from creator research and selection outreach and negotiation to briefing relationship management campaign execution and post-campaign performance analysis. - Grow HOLYs presence across Polands creator landscape with a particular focus on YouTube and Twitch. Promising creators and agencies should be identified strong relationships built and successful collaborations developed into long-term partnerships.
- Make data-driven investment decisions:
Creator opportunities should be evaluated based on performance data audience fit and commercial potential with influencer budget management focused on New Customers CAC and other channel KPIs. - Help us build the best creator partnership experience in Poland:
Continuous improvement of how we work with creators and agencies is encouraged making HOLY a brand they genuinely enjoy collaborating with and want to recommend to their communities. - Bring local campaigns to life:
Localized activations will be developed together with creators and our internal Creative Content and Brand teams to generate buzz strengthen HOLYs presence in Poland and ultimately drive sales.
About You
- Strong drive & can-do mindset:
Youre solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You approach any task with a belief that anything can be figured out. - Proven track record in Polish influencer marketing:
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships is required specifically in the Polish market. - Deep understanding of the Polish social media & streaming culture:
Extensive knowledge of the Polish creator ecosystem across YouTube Twitch Kick TikTok and Instagram is expected. - Strong network in the Polish market:
Established relationships with creators agencies and key players in the Polish social media space are a strong plus. - Experience building and leading initiatives:
Ability to develop and execute strategies independently with experience building programs from the ground up. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills:
Excellence at building and maintaining partnerships while securing favorable terms for all parties involved. - Data-driven decision-making:
Comfort with analyzing performance metrics and optimizing partnerships based on data. - You are fluent in both Polish and English.

The Process
