In this role you wont just be resolving tickets - youll be helping our Italian-speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect. That human side of the work we do is something we take seriously and its what makes great customer service at PAIR Finance meaningful.

Your Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries from clients consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) in Italian across multiple communication channels
Provide clear accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality
Ensure full compliance with company policies data protection requirements and applicable regulations
What were looking for:
Must-haves:
Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken at a professional level
Experience in a customer service or support role
A clear empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
A collaborative team-oriented approach
Nice-to-haves:
Background in collections debt recovery or financial services
Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or German

For a junior level role our salary band is 32000 - 35000 gross per year and for a mid-level role our salary band is 36000 - 44.500 gross per year (based on a 40-hour work week). The exact offer will reflect your experience and qualifications.
