IT System Administrator (fmx)

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
• Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau) helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support
• Train and guide colleagues on IT systems tools and best practices
• Set up maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers
• Identify and implement improvements to IT processes working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization

Qualifications :

• Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace Microsoft 365 or other SaaS platforms.
• Being service oriented and a team player
• You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and German
• German drivers license
