IT Project Manager (mfx)

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from initial concept and scoping through to successful deployment and post-launch review.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines resource allocation and budget requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers system architects QA testers and financial analysts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify mitigate and resolve potential risks or roadblocks.
• Communicate project status milestones and deliverables to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all IT initiatives strictly comply with banking regulations data privacy laws and internal security protocols.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of proven project management experience specifically within the banking financial services or fintech industry.
• Recognized project management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure deployments.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
• Exceptional leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira Asana or Microsoft Project.
