Join icon incar as an IT Operations Specialist (f/m/x)in Berlin to help and support our 3D team. You will maintain our render farm optimize our CI/CD pipelines and resolve technical roadblocks so our creative and technical team members can focus on production.

What will you do
Your KeyResponsibilitieswillbe:
- Installation & Configuration Expertise:Set up and configure workstationsuser managementdrivers applications licensesfor end users.
- Production & Prototyping Pipelines:Support andoptimizeour GitLab CI/CD pipelinesmonitortherenderfarm and maintain our internal Linux prototyping environment.
- Troubleshooting Expertise:Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximumproductivity.
- Inventory Management:Track and manage team assets (licenses hardware peripherals etc.) ensuringaccuraterecords and efficient resource allocation.
- Help Desk Support:Providetimelyassistanceto users viachatphoneremote accessor in-person interactions delivering effective solutions to technical problems.
- Documentation:Generate documentation for common procedures and troubleshooting steps within our knowledge base (primarily Confluence/Jira).

- 3 yearsof profound work experience in the field
- Proactivity:Problem-solverwhoanticipatestechnical bottlenecks takes initiative and escalates complex issues effectively..
- Advanced Windows Knowledge:Ability to analyze logs troubleshoot hardware compatibility and perform network tasks (DNS refresh VPN domain joining remote access setup).
- Computer Management Expertise:Confident in configuring BIOS settings swapping hardware components andoptimizinghigh-performance systems.
- Soft Skills:Excellentcommunicatorand reliableteamplayerwhoadaptseasilyto fast-changingrequirements.
- Language:Business-level communication skills inEnglish.
- Willingness to travelbetween our German offices (Berlin IngolstadtMunichandWiesbaden) as needed.Office attendancein Berlinis atleast2-3 days per week.
- Enthusiasmto learn and develop professionally.
- Basic Linux Knowledge:Comfortable navigating Linux environments managing directories and installing software from the command line.
- Experiencewithinstalling andmaintainingAmazonThinkboxDeadline.
- ExperiencewithDocker.
- Experience withcoding smallhelper tools.
- Advanced toexpertLinuxskills.
- Fluent German language skills.
