As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability performance and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure that supports our internal applications and DevOps toolchain. You will work across a diverse application landscape and contribute to the success of our software development and business operations.
In this role you will:
- Manage and support business-critical applications and IT infrastructure.
- Design develop and continuously improve application infrastructure solutions.
- Perform system patching upgrades and stability improvements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively optimize system health and availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application server and database performance issues.
- Lead incident investigation and resolution activities to minimize downtime.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
- Configure administer and enhance internal tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with developers stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our DevOps and infrastructure capabilities.
- Degree in Engineering Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure engineering automation or industrial IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking servers virtualization and operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-based environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
