IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Your mission
As an IT Administrator you play a key role in the development monitoring management and maintenance of our firms IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our network systems hardware and addition you will support our employees with technical issues and IT-related questions.
Your focus within the IT team:
Your focus within the IT team:
- Management and further development of local Active Directory and Azure AD especially in the areas of users policies and permissions
- Administration and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on O365 services and their secure operation
- Administration of Microsoft Exchange
- Network administration
- Support and troubleshooting for colleagues in day-to-day operations
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our IT infrastructure to make processes more secure efficient and scalable

Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as an IT administrator system administrator or in a comparable role
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure applications including SharePoint and OneDrive
- Experience with Azure Policiesand modern Microsoft cloud architectures
- Solid knowledge of local AD and Azure AD
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
- Experience in network administration especially with DNS DHCP and VLANs
- Experience with Fortinet / FortiGate including EMS or comparable systems
- Familiarity with ManageEngine / Endpoint Central
- PowerShell skills or initial experience in automating IT processes
- An independent structured and service-oriented way of working and enjoyment of a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills along with a get it done mentality
- Strong communication skills
