IT Administrator (mfd)

• Own the network infrastructure and ensure operational readiness high availability and continuous improvement.

• Lead IT service management processes ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and SLAs.

• Provide high-level technical support manage on- and offboarding and resolve escalated IT issues in a timely manner.

• Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure ensuring system performance security and availability.

• Administer Okta Google Workspace and Atlassian and ensure seamless user authentication access control and security compliance.

• Continuously improve workflows to enhance user experience and security.

• Have 4 years of experience in IT Administration Networking and end-user Support and IT Service Management.

• Bring a strong networking background (routing switching VPNs network security).

• Demonstrate proven experience in ITSM high-level troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.

• Have hands-on experience with Google Workspace Okta Jira and Confluence administration.

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with development needs.

• Bring familiarity with AWS Kubernetes and automation tools (a plus).

• Communicate clearly with strong written and verbal proficiency in English.

• Bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills paired with a proactive mindset.

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
