With us you will work closely with experienced HR business partners be involved in important people issues and take on responsibility right from the start.
Your tasks:
Support of the HR Business Partner Team in day-to-day operations as well as in international and local HR processes
Participation in exciting projects related to talent management learning & development employee experience and organizational development
Preparation of presentations communication documents and analyses for management and HR topics
Support for workshops events and community formats within HR
Collaboration with various HR teams and international stakeholders
Contribute to the further development of modern HR working methods digital solutions and AI-supported tools
- You are studying economics psychology human resources management or a comparable course of study
- You are enthusiastic about people and culture topics and want to actively shape the future of the world of work
- You work in a structured way think analytically and tackle topics independently
- You feel comfortable in digital working environments and use modern tools in your everyday work as a matter of course
- You enjoy translating data insights and information into convincing presentations and communication formats
- You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (PowerPoint Excel Word Teams Outlook)
- Initial experience with AI-supported tools (e.g. Copilot ChatGPT or comparable applications) is a plus
- You communicate confidently in German and English
