Internship R&D Trimmings&Frabrics & Digital Collection Management HUGO MW (mfd)

• You support the R&D and Collection Management teams throughout the entire collection creation process including all tasks related to thedevelopment digitalization and procurement of fabrics and trimmings.
• You assist with3D simulations working in close collaboration with theDigital Collection Manager and 3D Developer.
• You participate insupplier submissionsand communication with national and international suppliers taking on tasks in a cross-functional interface role.
• You support thecreation and evaluation of trimmings and fabrics continuously adding all necessary information throughout the development process.
• You take responsibility for ourMaterial Library from archiving materials to maintaining all relevant article data in thePLM system.
• You preparefabric and trimming cardsand update them regularly during the entire development cycle.
• You createdigital boards in MIRO moodboards and presentations to support the creative and development process.
• You support the Collection Management team in variousorganizational administrative and creative tasks including handling differentDHL shipmentsand coordinating seasonal sample orders.
• You attend and supportcreative and development-related meetings such as sketch handovers and fittings.
• You assist duringLook Book shootings helping with preparation organization and on-set support.
• Besides your administrative and organizational support you bring astrong interest in high-quality materials a keen eye for detail and ahigh degree of flexibility.

• You are studying fashion design apparel technology or textile management or are attending a fashion school or have already successfully graduated as a fashion tailor or similar
• You like to work creatively and have an interest in high-quality materials and sustainability
• You have very good knowledge in MS-Office
• You are very skilled at using CLO 3D
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You are a team player with commitment and organizational skills
