As a Procurement & Supply Chain Intern youll become part of our international Operations team and gain practical experience in global sourcing supplier management and product development. Youll work closely with colleagues from Product Management Operations and Manufacturing whilesupport exciting international projects with suppliers particularly in China and the APAC region. Because of this close collaboration native-level Mandarin Chinese is essential for this role.

Location: Berlin Germany

• Support our Procurement & Supply Chain team in day-to-day business and exciting international projects.
• Research and identify new suppliers especially in China and the APAC region.
• Compare suppliers products prices and quotations.
• Support communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and further develop our international supplier database.
• Assist in sourcing packaging components and manufacturing partners for new products.
• Support logistics activities between China and Germany.
• Prepare supplier meetings presentations and documentation.
• Track procurement activities and support project timelines.
• Contribute ideas to improve procurement and supply chain processes.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration Supply Chain Management International Business Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• You are looking for amandatory or voluntary internship with a minimum duration ofsix months.
• Native-level Mandarin Chinese is a mandatory requirement for this position as you will work closely with our suppliers and manufacturing partners in China.
• You have a genuine interest inChinese language culture and business practices and enjoy collaborating in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus but not required.
• You are curious proactive and eager to learn about international procurement supply chain management and product development.
• You enjoy working in a structured way communicating with different stakeholders and taking on responsibility.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
