About us:
For Everyone is a Berlin-based nonprofit that creates safe welcoming spaces where people from all walks of lifeespecially internationals and newcomerscan connect through creativity. Our mission is to use art music and movement as tools to foster community belonging and emotional well-being.
We design creative workshops for adults (mostly 1840) who might be new to Berlin or looking for meaningful connections. But our focus isnt just on the creative activityits on what happens between people while theyre creating together.
Our sessions are guided using unique facilitation techniques inspired by creative therapy. We make it easy for even the shyest participants to feel seen connect with others and grow in confidence. Theres no pressure to performjust space to express connect and feel like part of something real.
We believe in joy inclusion and authenticity. Our ticketing system ensures everyone can join no matter their financial background and our community is as diverse as the city we live in.

About the Role:
Were looking for a creative and reliable Content Creator to help share our story and engage our community through visual and written content. Youll design posts capture event moments and help bring our mission to life online.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media newsletters and our website
- Take and edit photos or videos from events and workshops
- Write short captions event highlights or blog-style updates
- Ensure all content reflects our values and tone
Who You Are:
In order to apply for the volunteering position it is mandatory to have participated in one workshop.
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for community wellbeing or creative spaces
