Internship AI Adoption, Communication & Change Management (mfd)

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) who is eager to actively shape the future of AI adoption communication and change management at HUGO BOSS. If you are passionate about innovative technologies strategic communication and digital transformation this is the right opportunity for you.

As part of our IT Marketing & Change Management team you will contribute to the company-wide Unlocking AI with Copilot project. You will help make AI transformation tangible support employees in adopting new technologies and further develop innovative communication and enablement formats for our global organization. The internship is available from September 2026.

• Actively contribute to the AI transformation at HUGO BOSS by supporting the conception and implementation of innovative communication and change initiatives around Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption.
• Create engaging content and communication formats ranging from community posts and success stories to management presentations and campaigns.
• Support the development of training enablement and reinforcement initiatives to empower employees and leaders in their use of AI.
• Contribute to workshops training sessions events and community activities that help make AI tangible and relevant in everyday work.
• Help build and further develop a company-wide community of AI Copilot champions while creating new formats content and ideas to drive sustainable AI adoption.
• Analyze usage data employee feedback and adoption metrics translating insights into meaningful KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Contribute to the development of our first AI agents as digital teammates and identify innovative use cases for communication enablement and adoption with a focus on automation and AI-powered processes.
• Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders project teams and external partners to shape the future of AI-powered collaboration.
• Take ownership of further organizational and strategic tasks within the Unlocking AI with Copilot project.

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration Communication Marketing (Business) Informatics Media Management or a comparable field of study.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence digital transformation change management and adoption.
• Independent structured and proactive working style with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages for different target groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications especially Excel PowerPoint and Teams; initial experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Very good German and good English language skills both written and spoken.
