International Delegation Coordinator (mfx)

With the acquisition by Helsing Europes leading company for AI-based defence technology Grob Aircraft is opening an exciting new chapter. Together we are developing the CA-1 Europa the first AI-enabled combat aircraft of its class to be built in Europe. This pioneering project will play a decisive role in shaping the future of European Aerospace.

As International Delegation Coordinator you are the trusted host and primary point of contact for our international customer delegations during their stay in Germany. You make sure every visit runs smoothly professionally and with genuine cultural sensitivity. From arrival to departure you ensure our guests feel welcome and well supported in all non training related matters representing Grob Aircraft with warmth and professionalism.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all non training related questions and concerns throughout the delegations stay

• Welcome and support customer delegations from arrival to departure

• Coordinate accommodation transportation and local logistics

• Liaise with hotels transport providers medical services and internal departments

• Support visa invitation procedures and ensure contractual support services are delivered

• Advise customers and internal teams on cultural and religious considerations

• Accompany delegations during official visits and external activities when required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills discretion and reliability

• Comfortable working with international government and institutional representatives

• Flexible working hours including occasional evenings and weekends

• Valid Class B driving license

• Languages: English mandatory French mandatory Arabic is an advantage

• Experience in customer support hospitality international coordination or protocol is an advantage

• Familiarity with intercultural environments and experience in a defence or aerospace setting are advantageous
