Intern Talent Relations (all genders)

• Support the planning coordination and execution of talent collaborations for our partner brands
• Identify and scout suitable talents while supporting outreach activities and communication with talents and their management teams
• Assist with project management throughout the entire campaign lifecycle from campaign coordination and reporting to supporting the development of actionable recommendations
• Proactively monitor social media trends industry news and emerging talents to identify new opportunities

Qualifications :

• Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion PR Marketing Communications or a related field
• Initial experience in marketing communications or talent/influencer management is a plus
• A strong passion for social media with a keen eye for trends and emerging talents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A creative structured way of working combined with strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
