About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled intern to join us in our Berlin office for 4 to 6 months. This role is designed for advanced economics students or recent graduates with prior experience in economic consultancy or a related field. The internship offers a platform for mutual exchange: you will bring your expertise to real-world projects while further enhancing your skills through close collaboration with our experienced consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting literature research and gathering data from various sources.

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support casework.

  • Collaborating with experienced economists to contribute to impactful projects.

  • Preparing clear concise documentation and presentations for case teams.

About you

What were looking for:

  • Enrolled in an Economics programme as an advanced Bachelors or Masters student or a recent graduate.

  • Prior practical experience in competition economics.

  • Good knowledge of statistical software such as Stata R or Python.

  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent command of English (required); German native-level skills are highly welcome.

  • Valid work permit.
