The Global HR Center of Excellence (CoE) People & Culture plays a pivotal role in driving our global business strategy by connecting business needs with our HR agenda. We design and implement impactful global concepts across areas such as talent mobility digital transformation organizational development and leadership. Our global CoE team is instrumental in shaping and executing key strategic priorities including Talent Mobility (international assignments) digital capabilities and mindset organizational design and change management as well as talent and leadership development.
Within this setup the Global Mobility team serves as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders involved in managing international assignments. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing the employee (expat) experience and ensuring seamless global mobility processes.
In parallel we are actively driving our global International Hiring initiative aimed at mapping redesigning and standardizing international hiring processes worldwide including the development of a global policy framework for support and benefits.
To strengthen our team we are looking for a motivated intern with a strong interest in HR and initial practical experience to support both our operational activities and strategic project work.
- Support the Head of Global Mobility Strategy & Policy in driving the international hiring project
- Contribute to the implementation of our global Talent Mobility Strategy
- Communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
- Prepare and refine documents guidelines and templates for operational use
- Create presentations Excel-based tools and fact sheets
- Bring in your own ideas and actively contribute to the development of Global Mobility topics
- You are available immediately
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Psychology Communication Sciences or a related field
- Available for a 6-month internship and enrolled for the full duration (Bachelors or Masters level)
- Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint and analytical skills in Excel with attention to detail
- Proactive highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initial relevant experience (e.g. internships) is a plus
- Fluent in English written and spoken
