What youll do:

• Help us identify build and scale practical AI solutions that improve how teams across AutoScout24 work
• Take ownership of a dedicated project to make the AI Accelerators teams own ways of working more AI-native
• Identify and automate recurring workflows such as management reporting presentation creation workshop preparation and the documentation of decisions and next steps
• Build and test AI-powered workflows and prototypes measure their quality and time savings and improve them based on user feedback
• Support selected business use cases from initial discovery and scoping through prototyping testing and rollout
• Work closely with our developers project managers and business stakeholders to understand real problems and translate them into practical solutions
• Turn successful approaches into reusable templates tools and guidance that can help other teams adopt more AI-native ways of working

What youll bring:

• You are currently studying in a business technology or innovation-related field - what matters most to us is your ability to understand business problems and apply AI in a practical way
• You are highly curious about Generative AI and actively experiment with AI tools to improve how work gets done
• You enjoy understanding business processes identifying improvement opportunities and turning them into practical solutions
• You are comfortable creating working prototypes using AI tools workflow automation low-code platforms or basic coding - you do not need to be a software developer
• You combine analytical and structured thinking with a pragmatic hands-on approach
• You work independently take ownership and are comfortable developing an idea through testing and iteration
• You communicate clearly enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues and are fluent in English
