YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute installation of Chemical Mechanical Planarization and Bevel Polishing platforms at customer sites in accordance with approved procedures technical documentation and project schedules
Perform equipment commissioning testing and validation in accordance with quality standards
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and system interface (Graphical User Interface) issues arising during installation and escalate complex issues appropriately
Prepare and maintain accurate installation records checklists issue logs and completion reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Interact with customer and/or with the site manager for reporting progress of installation reporting the follow up of troubleshooting and adjust the installation accordingly to the plan.
Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required
YOUR PROFILE
Technical degree diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Semiconductor Engineering or a related technical discipline
Professional experience in equipment installation field service commissioning or maintenance of semiconductor equipment or complex industrial systems
Strong knowledge of vacuum systems pumps or semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred
Ability to read technical drawings schematics and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in customer-facing technical environments and managing customer pressure
Willingness to travel extensively and work on customer sites with at least six weeks dispatchment.
Valid drivers license and passport for international travel
Fluent English and German both written and spoken
