Inside Sales Representative German Market

• Follow up on leads generated by Marketing through campaigns webinars and events and coordinate their allocation with the Account Executives
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and scalable campaigns aligned with Marketing
• Own inbound leads and smaller opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery call and demo to proposal negotiation and close
• Identify and develop upsell and cross selling opportunities within the existing customer base
• Use AI and automation to sharpen account research prioritisation outreach and follow up
• Keep CRM data accurate and share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

what you bring.

• Experience in Inside Sales Sales Development or Business Development ideally in B2B SaaS
• A solid track record managing opportunities or the readiness to take full ownership through to closing
• Strong qualification and communication skills with confidence presenting solutions and handling objections
• Hands on experience with AI tools automation and CRM platforms
• Professional fluency in German and English; exposure to Compliance Ethics or Data Privacy is a real plus
