Infrastructure Specialist (f/m/d)

The Infrastructure Specialist ensures the reliability security and compliance of critical site infrastructure supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations. As the sites single point of accountability for IT-for-OT infrastructure this role aligns services with global standards cybersecurity and GxP requirements while managing lifecycle risk and performance across OT hosting endpoints and networks.

How you will contribute:

• Ensure the stable and secure operation of our systems including virtualization server and storage technologies

• Provide 3rd-level support and act as the central escalation point for complex IT issues

• Participate in international IT projects and implement new technologies together with Global peers

• Continuously optimize our IT systems processes and standards

• Coordinate external service providers as well as IT assets and licenses

• Ensure proper IT documentation and compliance with policies

• Ensure clean IT documentation and adherence to guidelines

• Prepare reports and analyses to support management

In this position you will report to theDirector Site DD&T

What you bring to Takeda:

• Completed vocational training inIT / computer scienceorautomation or a comparable qualification

• Initial practical experience inIT infrastructuresystem administration orautomation systems

• Good knowledge of theMicrosoft ecosystem(Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft 365 Azure)

• Experience withvirtualization(e.g. Hyper-V) ideally also withserver and storage systems

• Basic knowledge ofnetworking

• GoodGerman and very good Englishskills both spoken and written

• A structured solution-oriented and independent working style

• Strong teamwork and communication skills in aninternational environment

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge ofLinux (Ubuntu)or experience with specialized tools/applications () is an advantage
