Human Resources Working Student (fmd) Food Tech Startup

As ourPeople & Culture Working Student you will be the operational backbone of our P&C team. This is not an entry-level student role. You will dive straight into our systems take ownership of our HR tool landscape and keep our Planegg/Munich office running smoothly.

Start: July 2026 6 months fixed-term contract 20h/week

• Act as our Personio Superuser by auditing and optimizing workflows cleaning up employee data and standardizing HR templates
• Drive our internship recruitment by taking ownership of screening applications and managing the early candidate pipeline
• Support our recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and onsite visits
• Own onboarding logistics by organizing and preparing everything needed for a seamless and unforgettable day one
• Support office management and culture by handling daily operations like mail and supplies while helping execute internal team events

• Solid prior HR experience through at least one previous internship or working student role in HR or Recruiting allowing you to easily skip the basics and hit the ground running
• Practical Personio experience including a strong understanding of how to map workflows manage data attributes and optimize HR templates
• A reliable on-site presence at our office in Munich-Planegg on your agreed working days as being close to the team and office operations is key for this role
• A proactive hands-on mindset where you naturally take initiative whether that means streamlining a spreadsheet or keeping our office spaces organized and welcoming
• Strong communication skills in both English and German to interact seamlessly with our international team and local partners
