As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) with a focus on People Operations you will support operational HR processes and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely on topics such as payroll administration HR documentation policies and data management while contributing to audits process improvements and a smooth employee experience.
Support payroll administration and preparation of relevant documentation
Support maintenance of employee data in HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy
Assist with employment documentation (contracts certificates letters)
Help manage HR policies and ensure compliance
Support health & safety processes and documentation
Contribute to internal HR audits and optimisation projects
Assist with HR workflows ticketing systems and inbox management
Support operational onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with office management tasks
Enrolled in a degree in HR Business Law or a related field
Strong interest in HR operations employment and payroll
Detail-oriented structured and reliable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HRIS experience is a plus
Fluent in English and German
Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelors or Masters students with at least 15-2 full years remaining in their studies.

First experience in HR operations payroll or administration
Basic knowledge of labour law or HR compliance
Experience working with HR tools or ticketing systems
