As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in Core HR you will support initiatives that enhance employee growth performance and engagement. You will contribute to training programs HR analytics and performance management processes while helping to build data-driven insights and scalable HR solutions.

• Support training and development programs (market research planning coordination evaluation)

• Assist with performance management processes and review cycles

• Contribute to HR analytics (reporting dashboards data insights)

• Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys

• Assist in skills and competency mapping projects

• Contribute to HRIS implementation and optimisation initiatives

• Support compensation & benefits analysis and benchmarking

• Assist in conflict management processes and documentation

• Enrolled in a degree in HR Psychology Business or a related field

• Strong interest in learning development and people analytics

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus

• Experience with project management tools

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

• Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelors or Masters students with at least 15-2 full years remaining in their studies.

• Location: Berlin Germany

• First experience in HR L&D or analytics

• Interest in employee experience performance and development

• Experience with HRIS or survey/analytics tools
