As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in Core HR you will support initiatives that enhance employee growth performance and engagement. You will contribute to training programs HR analytics and performance management processes while helping to build data-driven insights and scalable HR solutions.
Support training and development programs (market research planning coordination evaluation)
Assist with performance management processes and review cycles
Contribute to HR analytics (reporting dashboards data insights)
Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
Assist in skills and competency mapping projects
Contribute to HRIS implementation and optimisation initiatives
Support compensation & benefits analysis and benchmarking
Assist in conflict management processes and documentation
Enrolled in a degree in HR Psychology Business or a related field
Strong interest in learning development and people analytics
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus
Experience with project management tools
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelors or Masters students with at least 15-2 full years remaining in their studies.

First experience in HR L&D or analytics
Interest in employee experience performance and development
Experience with HRIS or survey/analytics tools
