Job Summary

  • Implementation of (personnel) measures such as hiring transfers and exits.
  • Building and maintaining master time management and payroll data as well as creating. Documents within defined administrative processes especially processing incoming work orders in Workday.
  • Support in payroll processing and handling special cases checking determined data and payroll results including error analysis and correction.
  • Handling specialised matters correspondence and the creation of certificates.
  • Advising and informing employees HRBPs and managers about applicable legal collective and company regulations in general and specialised matters of personnel administration payroll and time management.
  • Participation in projects and special topics.
  • General administrative support.

Qualifications :

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration Economics or similar;
  • A few years of experience in the field of HR/Legal with payroll data and processing of it;
  • Experience with workforce management by combining payroll processing time tracking leave management and similar;
  • Experience with SAP/R3 or at least strong knowledge of SAP;
  • Experience with Workday or similar;
  • Analytical thinking and Independent working style;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong fluency in German is a must and a business level of English is required.
