HR Services Administrator (with German) is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering maintaining processing auditing and reporting sensitive People and organizational data as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational addition this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

Where Youll Work:

• This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30 Kraków on average 3-5 times per month.
• On-site days are typically predetermined and driven by business needs.

What Youll Do:
Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System. Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
Provide quality support with customer satisfaction expertise and timeliness
consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed
within the required service level agreement
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case
management system
Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues

What Youll Bring:
Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least C1)

Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation
purposes
Being advocate for the change and promote continuous improvement ideas within
the team
Analytical capability to identify issues interpret data and provide insight
Excellent communication skills ability to operate in an international matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as a team member
