HR Business Partner (all genders) – Part-time

Your tasks:

• Advising managers on all people-related organizational and employment law matters

• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures

• Supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives

• Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

• Supporting talent management succession planning performance management and employee development processes

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree or higher in HR Business Law Psychology or a comparable field of study

• Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role

• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law

• Experience supporting HR organizational change and transformation initiatives

• Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication consulting and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)
