- Creation and further development of HR reports dashboards and key performance indicators
- Support for workforce planning budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analysis of headcount turnover absenteeism and personnel cost data
- Management and further development of SAP HCM processes (focus on PA OM)
- Ensuring high data quality and supporting system integrations
- Collaborating on international HR digitization and transformation projects
- Working closely with HR Controlling and IT on a global level
- A successfully completed degree in business administration human resources management business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in HR analytics HR controlling HRIS or SAP HCM
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as reporting and analytics tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
