Job Summary
- Responsibility for the operational HR support from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensuring smooth and legally compliant HR administration (contracts certificates master data maintenance).
- Independent execution and support of payroll accounting in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Processing and coordination of visa residence and work permit matters for international employees.
- Documentation of all relevant HR processes as well as ensuring data quality in HR systems.
- Close cooperation with our Headquarter as well as external authorities and service providers.
- Initial experience in HR support or HR administration
- Experience in handling visa and labor law issues in an international environment is an advantage.
- Structured independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong service orientation discretion and excellent communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken France and English skills are strictly required
