Job Summary

As our HEOR Project Manager you willplay a key role in driving the success of our strategic product portfolio. As a valued member of our Global MACS HEOR & Pricing team you will be responsible for global HEOR deliverables to enable our country organizations to optimize HTA and payer interactions (e.g. submissions negotiations). You will also provide strategic input into key clinical and medicalactivities to optimize market access and reimbursement in the long term.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Strategic Leadership: Take charge of global HEOR deliverables guiding our country organizations in optimizing HTA and payer interactions including submissions and negotiations.
  • Project Management: Lead a variety of HEOR projects from GVD to CE/CU/BI modeling independently and efficiently. Your work will help shape value messages and support informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Spearhead the internal roll-out of key deliverables providing country organizations with the tools and insights they need while supporting alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Provide strategic input into key clinical and medical activities (e.g. Phase II/III studies Real World Data collection PRO tool development/validation) ensuring alignment with MACS and reimbursement objectives to optimize long-term outcomes.
  • Network Building: Develop and lead a network of HEOR specialists within Merz Tx country organizations fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • External Validation: Engage with external health economists and HTA experts to validate and advance HEOR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Health- or Pharmacoeconomics or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable HEOR position in industry and/or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of international HTA requirements.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); German desired.
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and a self-driven well-structured approach to work delivering results with integrity and responsibility in a dynamic environment.
