Responsibilities

Providing line management and technical leadership for the Group-wide sustainability team
Coordinating and managing collaboration with central and regional sustainability coordinators
Group-wide coordination management and implementation of the materiality analysis (risk and opportunity analysis)
Further development and implementation of the sustainability strategy including the definition of targets and KPIs and ensuring integration into relevant business processes
Group-wide management coordination and continuous development of sustainability reporting in accordance with the CSRD
Ensuring data quality consistency and auditability
Preparation of decision-relevant information for management and the Executive Board
Project-related support for various sustainability topics

What you bring to the role
A degree with a focus on corporate responsibility or a comparable professional qualification
Initial experience in sustainability management sustainability reporting and/or supporting change processes
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (CSRD/ESRS etc.)
Initial leadership experience or expertise in managing complex cross-functional issues and projects
An analytical structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a confident manner at management level
Knowledge of tools and software for data collection and analysis
Good written and spoken English and German
