• Organization and control of the companys procurement processes;
• Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;
• Cost optimization and procurement budget management;
• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;
• Management of turnover and stock levels;
• Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;
• Interaction with logistics production and finance departments;
• Leadership of the procurement team training and development of employees;
• Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;
• Selection evaluation and development of suppliers negotiation management.

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Proficiency in **English (**written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset leadership skills strategic thinking;
• Strong organizational and systematic approach.
