- Verantwortung für operative AML- CFT- und SAR-Aktivitäten inklusive Governance Policies und Verfahren.
- Leitung eines Investigation- bzw. Case-Management-Teams Koordination von SAR-Analysen Verdachtsfällen und Meldewesen.
- Entwicklung von Risiko-Taxonomien Monitoring-Strategien KPI-Dashboards und Audit-Readiness.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance Rechtsabteilung Front Office Regulatoren und externen Prüfern; Schnittstelle zu Fraud- und Security-Teams.
- Budgetverantwortung Ressourcenplanung Talententwicklung und Förderung.

- Ausgeprägte Führungs- Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz; Präsentationssicherheit auf C-Level.
- Analytische Exzellenz Prozess- und Risikomanagement Erfahrung mit Audit-Readiness.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen je nach Bedarf; starkes Verständnis von Datenschutz und Sicherheit (DSGVO ISO 27001).
